- 4 cups spaghetti sauce
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 16 oz. shredded mozzarella
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Begin by cooking the rotini pasta according to package instructions, but stop one minute before it reaches the al dente stage.
- Prepare the chicken for frying by slicing the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in half lengthwise.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large sauté pan and fry the breaded chicken cutlets until golden brown.
- In a baking dish, combine the cooked pasta, spaghetti sauce, half a cup of Parmesan cheese, and some shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Pop the casserole in your preheated oven at 350°F for about 5-7 minutes.
