  • 2 lbs large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)
  • Tin foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with the olive oil and all the seasonings: Cajun seasoning, sweet paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss the shrimp thoroughly.
  3. Tear off a large piece of tin foil, place the seasoned shrimp in the center, drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and fold the foil over, sealing tightly.
  4. Transfer the foil packet onto a baking tray and slide into the preheated oven. Bake for 15–20 minutes.
  5. Open the packet carefully, sprinkle with parsley, serve immediately with lemon wedges.
