- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Start by whisking together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Once the marinade is well combined, take your chicken breasts and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Now that your chicken is marinated, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the marinated chicken in a single layer on your prepared baking dish.
- After baking, let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes.
Notes
Marinating for longer than 4 hours can tenderize the chicken too much, affecting the texture.
