This unique grilled cheese combines creamy Brie with the sweet-tangy flavor of blackberry jam.

- 1 tablespoon blackberry jam
- 1 teaspoon whole-grain mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 slices whole-grain sandwich bread (preferably country-style)
- 3 slices Brie cheese (about 2 ounces)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Take a small bowl and combine the blackberry jam, whole-grain mustard, and finely chopped fresh rosemary. Mix these ingredients until well-blended.
- Grab one slice of whole-grain bread and generously spread the blackberry jam mixture across one side. Lay out the Brie slices evenly over the spread. Top this off with another slice of bread.
- Heat a small nonstick skillet over medium-low heat and coat it lightly with cooking spray. Coat the outsides of the sandwich with cooking spray and place in the skillet. Cover and cook for about 3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until golden.
Notes
Ensure the skillet is adequately heated to achieve the perfect golden crisp without burning the bread.
