- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 5 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ⅓ cup chopped toasted walnuts
Instructions
- Begin by heating the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once your skillet is hot, carefully place the bok choy cut-side down into the skillet.
- After achieving that perfect caramelization, flip the bok choy and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
- Lower the heat to medium, then add the sliced garlic along with salt, black pepper, and optional smoked paprika.
- In a small separate pan, warm the honey with crushed chili flakes and apple cider vinegar for about 2–3 minutes.
- Transfer the beautifully caramelized bok choy to a serving dish and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and toasted walnuts generously on top.
