This Cheesy Artichoke & Spinach Christmas Tree Pull Apart is a delicious combination of creamy artichoke, fresh spinach, and melted cheese that will make your holiday gatherings delightful.

- 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine cream cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well mixed.
- Roll out the frozen bread dough into a 1/2 inch thick rectangle and cut out shapes using a star-shaped cookie cutter.
- Stuff each shape with the spinach-artichoke filling and seal the edges.
- Arrange the filled shapes on the baking sheet in the shape of a Christmas tree.
- Brush the tops with egg wash and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
For an even cheesier filling, you may add more mozzarella or include different cheeses.
