- To start your culinary journey, grab a mixing bowl and combine ricotta cheese, half of the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and the beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper to ensure flavor depth. Stir thoroughly.
- Get your cooked lasagna sheets ready on a clean, flat surface. Spread a generous layer of Bolognese sauce across each sheet. Then scoop a spoonful of your cheese mixture onto the sauce-covered sheets. Carefully roll the sheet, ensuring the filling is snugly tucked away.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a thin layer of Bolognese sauce across the bottom of your baking dish. Place your seam-side-down roll-ups in the dish. Pour the remaining Bolognese sauce over the top and sprinkle on the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
- Cover your baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake for about 25 minutes. Then remove the foil and allow to bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Allow your roll-ups to rest for a minute before serving. Sprinkle finely chopped parsley on top.
