  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. To start your culinary journey, grab a mixing bowl and combine ricotta cheese, half of the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and the beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper to ensure flavor depth. Stir thoroughly.
  2. Get your cooked lasagna sheets ready on a clean, flat surface. Spread a generous layer of Bolognese sauce across each sheet. Then scoop a spoonful of your cheese mixture onto the sauce-covered sheets. Carefully roll the sheet, ensuring the filling is snugly tucked away.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a thin layer of Bolognese sauce across the bottom of your baking dish. Place your seam-side-down roll-ups in the dish. Pour the remaining Bolognese sauce over the top and sprinkle on the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Cover your baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake for about 25 minutes. Then remove the foil and allow to bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Allow your roll-ups to rest for a minute before serving. Sprinkle finely chopped parsley on top.
