Description

Chocolate Covered Cherry Brownie Bombs combine rich brownie flavors with sweet cherries encased in chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 520 g chewy fudge brownie mix
  • 120 ml vegetable oil
  • 60 ml water
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 340 g whipped chocolate frosting
  • 285 g maraschino cherries, drained, stems removed, patted dry
  • 510 g chocolate almond bark

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (about 350°F) and spray a baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Mix brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs until combined, then pour and bake.
  3. Crumble cooled brownies and mix with frosting.
  4. Shape into balls, insert cherry, and chill.
  5. Dip in melted almond bark.
  6. Refrigerate until set.
