Chocolate Covered Cherry Brownie Bombs combine rich brownie flavors with sweet cherries encased in chocolate.
Ingredients

- 520 g chewy fudge brownie mix
- 120 ml vegetable oil
- 60 ml water
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 340 g whipped chocolate frosting
- 285 g maraschino cherries, drained, stems removed, patted dry
- 510 g chocolate almond bark
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (about 350°F) and spray a baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Mix brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs until combined, then pour and bake.
- Crumble cooled brownies and mix with frosting.
- Shape into balls, insert cherry, and chill.
- Dip in melted almond bark.
- Refrigerate until set.

Store brownie bombs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
