Instructions

  1. Begin your journey by preheating your oven to 250°F (120°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites at medium speed until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar until glossy and stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold in cornstarch, vinegar, vanilla, and food coloring if desired.
