Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, greased with olive oil.
- In a bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, lime juice, and lime zest to create the marinade.
- Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour marinade over salmon and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
- Seal salmon in foil and bake for 15-18 minutes until it flakes easily.
