  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 cup cooked rice (for serving)
  • Lime wedges (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, greased with olive oil.
