Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the muffin tin.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and granulated sugar.
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown, checking with a toothpick.
- Cool slightly, then brush with melted butter and dip in cinnamon-sugar mix.
