  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 cup toffee bits (such as Heath or Skor)
  • Optional: ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients and fold into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips, coconut, toffee bits, and optional nuts.
  6. Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Cool in the pan on a wire rack, then lift out and cut into squares.
