Cranberry Turkey Cottage Cheese Balls are the perfect party appetizer that blends sweet and savory flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey (454 g)
- 1 cup almond flour (96 g)
- ¼ cup dried cranberries (30 g)
- ½ cup cottage cheese (113 g)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp chicken broth or water (30 ml)
- ½ tsp dried sage
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: 1–2 Tbsp melted butter for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, cottage cheese, almond flour, dried cranberries, beaten egg, chicken broth (or water), and the dried herbs—sage and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
- Shape into golf ball-sized portions; you should get around 12 balls.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking tray and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
Notes
Leftover turkey balls can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
