Description

Indulge your taste buds with the Creamiest Four Cheese Pasta, a recipe that transforms a classic Italian-American favorite into an extraordinary dining experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz pasta (fettuccine, rigatoni, or penne)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded fontina cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Begin by filling a large pot with salted water and bringing it to a rolling boil. Add your choice of pasta and cook it according to the package directions until it achieves the perfect al dente texture. Once ready, drain the pasta and set it aside.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, grab a large skillet and melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and gently sauté for about 1–2 minutes.
  3. To the skillet with the garlic, pour in the heavy cream along with the softened cream cheese. Stir continuously until the cream cheese is fully melted into the cream.
  4. Season the sauce with ground black pepper and salt to taste. Incorporate the cooked pasta into the skillet, tossing it to coat every strand with the luscious cheese sauce.
  5. Transfer your creamy pasta to serving dishes and garnish with freshly chopped basil or parsley.

Notes

Maintain a low to medium heat during sauce preparation to prevent the cheeses from curdling.
