Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- Combine olive oil, lime juice, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chili flakes in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
- In a large bowl, mix the pasta, diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and cilantro, then pour over the dressing and toss gently.
