- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and sour cream. Mix until smooth. Fold in shredded chicken, garlic powder, and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Lightly grease a baking dish and transfer the mixture into it, spreading evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until hot and bubbly, adding green onions on top after baking.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat before serving.
