Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and sour cream. Mix until smooth. Fold in shredded chicken, garlic powder, and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  3. Lightly grease a baking dish and transfer the mixture into it, spreading evenly.
  4. Top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes until hot and bubbly, adding green onions on top after baking.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat before serving.
