- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 12 oz linguine pasta
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)
- 0.25 cup reserved pasta water (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss the chicken in the mixture and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Boil salted water and cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water before draining.
- Cook marinated chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and add minced garlic. Pour in heavy cream and stir until it simmers. Gradually stir in Parmesan.
- Add drained linguine to Alfredo sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Use reserved pasta water if necessary.
- Plate the creamy linguine and top with seared chicken. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For best flavor, consider marinating the chicken longer. Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best texture.
