  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup whole milk

  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Start by rinsing your rice in a fine mesh strainer under cool running water until the water runs clear.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic.
  3. Stir the rinsed rice into the garlic-butter mixture, then add chicken broth and whole milk, seasoning with salt and black pepper.
