- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup whole milk

- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Start by rinsing your rice in a fine mesh strainer under cool running water until the water runs clear.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic.
- Stir the rinsed rice into the garlic-butter mixture, then add chicken broth and whole milk, seasoning with salt and black pepper.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for 18 to 20 minutes undisturbed.
- Stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
