- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 soft flatbreads or naan
- ½ cup creamy tzatziki
- ½ cup diced cucumbers
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill or parsley
Instructions
- Combine the sliced chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Allow the chicken to rest for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each piece of marinated chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Warm the flatbreads until soft and pliable.
- Spread a layer of tzatziki over each flatbread and layer on the chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and feta cheese.
- Garnish with fresh herbs, slice, and serve immediately.
