Description
A delicious no-bake dessert with creamy peanut butter and chocolate.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (3.4-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
- 1 1/2 cups cold whole milk
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 (8-ounce) container thawed frozen whipped topping, such as Cool Whip
- 1 (14.4-ounce) box graham crackers
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (about 6 1/2 ounces)
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Begin by taking a large bowl and whisking together the instant vanilla pudding and cold whole milk. Keep whisking until the mixture is completely smooth. Gently fold in the creamy peanut butter, ensuring it’s well-combined.
- Next, take your thawed whipped topping and gradually fold it into the pudding mixture, maintaining an airy, light texture.
- Start by placing a single layer of graham crackers at the bottom of your 9×13-inch baking pan. Spread half of the peanut butter pudding mixture evenly over the crackers, then add another layer of graham crackers and the remaining pudding mixture. Finish with one last layer of graham crackers.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips, heavy cream, light corn syrup, and kosher salt. Microwave in 15-second increments, whisking until melted and smooth. Pour the ganache over the top layer of graham crackers.
- Cover your dessert with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving.
Notes
Allow the dessert to chill longer for the best texture and flavor combination.
