Instructions
- Wash the baby potatoes under cold water and dry them thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the dried potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, tossing gently.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for three minutes.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 16-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once golden brown, transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with chives.
