Instructions

  1. Start by setting your air fryer to a temperature of 400°F (200°C). Allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Carefully wash and scrub your russet potatoes under cold water to remove any dirt. Pat them dry completely with a kitchen towel.
  3. Using your hands, rub the potatoes all over with oil, ensuring an even coating. Sprinkle each potato generously with salt and pepper for flavor. Poke each potato once in the middle with a fork.
  4. Place the seasoned potatoes in your air fryer basket and cook for approximately 40 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Once cooked, remove the potatoes and slice open each one, fluffing the insides with a fork before adding your favorite toppings.
