These crispy Cottage Cheese Chips are a delightful low-carb snack, perfect for munching anytime!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray, as needed
  • Fresh thyme (optional), for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper and drop small dollops of the cheesy mixture onto it.
  4. Lightly spray the tops of the chips with olive oil.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let the chips cool before serving. Garnish with fresh thyme if desired.
