- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Olive oil spray, as needed
- Fresh thyme (optional), for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the cottage cheese, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper and drop small dollops of the cheesy mixture onto it.
- Lightly spray the tops of the chips with olive oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let the chips cool before serving. Garnish with fresh thyme if desired.
