  • 4 frozen breaded chicken tenders
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing the frozen breaded chicken tenders. Place them in the oven or in a skillet, following the manufacturer’s instructions. Typically, this means baking them until they are golden brown and heated through.
  2. While the chicken cooks, it’s time to prepare your tortillas. You have a couple of options for softening them: heat them in a dry non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side or microwave them for about 10 to 15 seconds until they are warm and pliable.
  3. Once your chicken tenders are cooked and your tortillas are warm, it’s time to assemble! Cut the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces to make them easier to distribute within the tortilla. Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Evenly distribute the shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and chicken pieces along the center of each tortilla. Finally, drizzle ranch dressing generously over the fillings.
  4. Fold in both sides of each tortilla over the filling to encase it. Then, starting from the bottom, roll tightly to create a compact wrap. You can serve them immediately, or if you’re on the go, wrap them in foil to keep everything together.
