  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Handful of chopped fresh parsley

  1. Prepare the Halloumi: Toss halloumi cubes in plain flour until evenly coated, ensuring each piece is well covered but not overloaded.
  2. Fry the Halloumi: Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add flour-coated halloumi, and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and place on paper towel.
  3. Create the Glaze: In the same pan, add honey, chopped chili, and minced garlic, stirring gently for 1-2 minutes until glaze thickens slightly.
  4. Combine: Return crispy halloumi to the pan and toss until well coated in the glaze.
