Instructions

- Drain the excess liquid from the cottage cheese using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
- Scoop small mounds of the cottage cheese onto the prepared sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool, then break apart into chip-sized pieces and serve.
