Ingredients

  • 1 store-bought flatbread or naan
  • ½ cup Brie cheese, sliced
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup toasted walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • Fresh rosemary, for garnish
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Set your oven to preheat at 375°F (190°C). Begin by brushing the flatbread with olive oil, ensuring that the entire surface is evenly coated. This step helps the flatbread crisp up beautifully in the oven. Gently place the oiled flatbread on a baking sheet.
  2. Place the slices of Brie cheese evenly across the flatbread, ensuring each slice has its own space to melt. Scatter the dried cranberries over the Brie slices. Finally, sprinkle the chopped toasted walnuts on top.
  3. Slide the baking sheet into the oven, and bake for about 10–12 minutes. Keep an eye out for when the Brie has melted and the flatbread edges become golden and crisp. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over low heat, warm the honey with red pepper flakes for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat.
  4. Once the flatbread is out of the oven, immediately drizzle the hot honey mixture over the top. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh rosemary and a pinch of salt. Slice and serve your masterpiece while it’s still warm—best enjoyed immediately!

Notes

Brie cheese can be substituted with camembert if unavailable.
