Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
- Combine zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for about 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
