Ingredients

  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Spraying the inside of your crock pot with non-stick cooking spray is the first step.
  2. Arrange the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the crock pot and season with garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth, then pour it over the chicken.
  4. Layer the frozen mixed vegetables on top followed by the stuffing mix.
  5. Cover the crock pot and cook on low for about 6 hours.
