  • 2 tbsp toasted breadcrumbs (from above)
  • Extra Parmesan, bacon, and breadcrumbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Begin this delightful salad by preparing the toasted breadcrumbs. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it becomes bubbly. Once the butter is ready, add the panko breadcrumbs. Stir continually to ensure an even golden color. This step is crucial as toasted breadcrumbs will lend a wonderful crunch to your salad. When they reach a lovely light brown hue, remove them from the heat and set aside to cool.
  2. While your breadcrumbs are toasting, it’s time to prep the cucumbers. Begin by slicing the mini seedless cucumbers into 1/4-inch rounds. Place your cucumber slices in a large bowl, ensuring they are ready to receive all the delicious components of your salad.
  3. With your cucumbers prepped, add the shaved Parmesan cheese and crumbled bacon to the bowl with the cucumbers, followed by the toasted breadcrumbs. Pour in the Caesar dressing and toss everything together thoroughly.
