- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ cup toasted peanuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers thinly, toss with salt, and let drain for 1 hour.
- Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, peanut butter, honey, garlic, chili flakes, and black pepper until smooth.
- Combine cucumbers with parsley and peanuts, add sauce, and toss to coat. Serve at room temperature.
