Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup toasted peanuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumbers thinly, toss with salt, and let drain for 1 hour.
  2. Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, peanut butter, honey, garlic, chili flakes, and black pepper until smooth.
