Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with melted butter.
- Layer brioche cubes in the baking dish and sprinkle with blueberries.
- Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt to make the custard.
- Pour the custard over the bread and berries, press gently, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
