Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and prepare your pie dish with the pie crust.
  2. In a medium pot, combine brown sugar, butter, and thick cream over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla, then fold in pecans and chocolate chips.
