  • 72 grams hot chocolate mix

  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 4 cups miniature marshmallows, divided
  • 85 grams semi-sweet chocolate chips (for drizzle)
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil (for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Line a 20 x 20 cm baking dish with parchment paper, ensuring overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, condensed milk, hot chocolate mix, and butter. Microwave for 1 minute, stirring until smooth. Heat in 45-second increments if needed.
  3. Add vanilla extract and fold in 2 cups of marshmallows.
  4. Microwave for 20-30 seconds to soften remaining marshmallows.
  5. Spread fudge mixture in the prepared dish evenly.
  6. Top with remaining marshmallows, press gently, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
