- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar, then pressing into a springform pan.
- Make the filling by beating cream cheese and sugar until smooth, adding sour cream, vanilla, and eggs one at a time, then folding in flour.
- Assemble the cheesecake by pouring half the filling over the crust, dolloping raspberry puree, and swirling before adding the remaining filling and puree.
- Bake in the oven for about 55 minutes, then cool in the oven to prevent cracks.
- Cool completely, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar, and spread over the cheesecake.
- Garnish with raspberries and mint before serving.
