Delightful creamy frosting layered over a fudgy brownie topped with crunchy cookies.


Ingredients

  • Brownie Layer:
  • 430 g strawberry cake mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 113 g salted butter, melted
  • 45 ml heavy cream
  • 170 g white chocolate chips
  • Frosting Layer:
  • 226 g cream cheese, room temperature
  • 40 g powdered sugar
  • 80 ml sour cream
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 227 g whipped topping
  • Topping:
  • 36 vanilla sandwich cookies
  • 60 ml strawberry syrup
  • Fresh strawberries, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F), prepare baking dish.
  2. Mix brownie ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Fold in white chocolate chips and spread in the dish. Bake for 18-23 minutes.
  4. Let brownies cool completely.
  5. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then blend in sour cream and vanilla.
  6. Fold in whipped topping and spread on cooled brownies.
  7. Crush cookies, mix with strawberry syrup and sprinkle over frosting.
  8. Cut and serve, garnish with strawberries if desired.
