- Brownie Layer:
- 430 g strawberry cake mix
- 1 large egg
- 113 g salted butter, melted
- 45 ml heavy cream
- 170 g white chocolate chips
- Frosting Layer:
- 226 g cream cheese, room temperature
- 40 g powdered sugar
- 80 ml sour cream
- 5 ml vanilla extract
- 227 g whipped topping
- Topping:
- 36 vanilla sandwich cookies
- 60 ml strawberry syrup
- Fresh strawberries, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F), prepare baking dish.
- Mix brownie ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and spread in the dish. Bake for 18-23 minutes.
- Let brownies cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then blend in sour cream and vanilla.
- Fold in whipped topping and spread on cooled brownies.
- Crush cookies, mix with strawberry syrup and sprinkle over frosting.
- Cut and serve, garnish with strawberries if desired.
