Triple Chocolate Lava Muffins with a gooey center of molten chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chunks
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chunks
- 1/2 cup ganache filling (made with equal parts cream and dark chocolate)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Whisk the eggs, whole milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
- Stir wet ingredients into dry until just mixed. Fill muffin liners halfway, add ganache or chocolate square, then cover with more batter until 3/4 full.
- Sprinkle chocolate chunks on top. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.
