Description

Soft and fluffy 30 Minute Rolls that are quick and easy to make, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine milk, melted butter, and egg; whisk until blended.
  5. Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and stir gently until a soft dough forms.
  6. Knead dough lightly on a floured surface for 5-6 times.
  7. Divide dough into 8 portions, shape into rolls, and place on baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
