- 6 medium flour tortillas
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
Instructions
- Begin by laying out your flour tortillas on a clean, flat surface. Spoon about two tablespoons of the apple pie filling along the center of each tortilla.
- Next, roll each tortilla tightly around the filling, ensuring that the ends are tucked in as you roll.
- Once all your taquitos are rolled, brush the outside of each with melted butter.
- In a shallow dish, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon powder and roll each buttered taquito in this mixture.
- Arrange the coated taquitos seam side down in the air fryer basket and air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 9-11 minutes.
- After air frying, let the taquitos cool slightly before serving.

Store any leftover taquitos in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
