- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)
- Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions
- Start by washing the cauliflower under cold running water and ensuring that it’s thoroughly dried.
- Place your cauliflower florets into a mixing bowl. Drizzle the olive oil over the florets.
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Arrange the cauliflower florets in a single layer within the air fryer basket and air fry for 15-18 minutes.
- Once golden and crispy, remove it from the air fryer and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
