- 200 grams fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease the mini muffin tin.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- In a separate bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Fill each muffin cavity two-thirds full with batter and bake for 15-18 minutes.
- Cool slightly before transferring to a rack and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
