Instructions
- Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the pears in half lengthwise and scoop out the core.
- Place them cut-side up in the baking dish. Spoon a generous amount of mixed berries into the centers, then sprinkle walnuts and blue cheese on top.
- Drizzle honey over each pear half and sprinkle ground cinnamon. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until tender and golden.
