- 1 pound asparagus spears (trimmed)

- Optional: Fresh dill, chopped parsley, or paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Cut a large piece of aluminum foil, place asparagus in the center, followed by a salmon fillet, drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and seasonings.
- Seal the foil packet and bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes, checking for doneness.
Notes
If using thicker salmon fillets, consider increasing the cooking time. You can prepare the foil packets in advance and refrigerate.
