- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
- 3/4 cup caramel sauce
- Sliced bananas, caramel sauce, and whole peanuts for garnish
Instructions
- Start by making the crust: Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate.
- For the filling: Beat softened cream cheese with 3/4 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla extract and mashed bananas.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust, scatter chopped peanuts on top, and bake at 350°F for about 50 minutes.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature, refrigerate for at least four hours, garnish before serving.
