A refreshing no-bake dessert combining bananas, cream, and graham crackers.

- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2–3 bananas, sliced
- 1 box graham crackers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in sweetened condensed milk.
- Layer graham crackers in a 9×13 inch dish and spread half of the cream mixture over them.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas evenly.
- Repeat layers with graham crackers, cream mixture, and bananas. Top with remaining cream mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
For a firmer cake, chill overnight; use flavored graham crackers for added taste.
