- 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 3/4 cup sliced almonds (or slivered)
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 4 Tbsp (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 large egg white (optional, for clusters)
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp cake batter flavoring
- 5 Tbsp rainbow jimmies sprinkles
- 4 oz white chocolate baking bar, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F. Combine rolled oats, sliced almonds, and salt in a large bowl.
- Incorporate melted butter, maple syrup, honey, beaten egg white, vanilla extract, and cake batter flavoring. Stir well.
- Fold in rainbow jimmies gently.
- Transfer to a lined baking sheet, pressing down evenly. Bake for 15 minutes, then rotate and bake another 15-20 minutes.
- Cool for 30 minutes, then drizzle melted white chocolate over clusters.
Notes
To ensure clumps, press the mixture firmly on the baking sheet before baking. Store in an airtight container to keep fresh.
