Instructions
- To start off, prepare the dressing. In a medium bowl, add olive oil, fresh lemon juice, honey, and Dijon mustard. Whisk together until well combined and smooth.
- Assemble the salad by placing mixed greens or baby spinach in a large bowl.
- Layer sliced avocado, fresh blackberries, and red onion over the greens.
- Crumble goat cheese or feta over the salad.
- Add toasted pecans or walnuts on top.
- Just before serving, drizzle honey lemon vinaigrette over the salad and sprinkle with black pepper.
