- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or Monterey Jack)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions
- Start by lightly buttering one side of each tortilla.
- Place one buttered tortilla in your preheated skillet and sprinkle with cheese and blueberries.
- Carefully fold the tortilla in half and cook for about 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Slice the quesadilla into wedges and drizzle with honey and garnish with cilantro before serving.

For a plant-based version, use vegan cheese and plant-based butter.
