Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Jiffy Blueberry Muffin Mix
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 stick “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter”
  • ½ cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1½ cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, cream cheese, and light brown sugar. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Crack in the eggs, beating well after each addition.
  4. Gradually fold in the Jiffy Blueberry Muffin Mix.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  6. Chill your cookie dough in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  7. Drop tablespoon-sized scoops onto prepared baking sheets and bake for approximately 14-15 minutes.
