- 2 boxes Jiffy Blueberry Muffin Mix
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 stick “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter”
- ½ cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 eggs
- 1½ cups white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, cream cheese, and light brown sugar. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
- Crack in the eggs, beating well after each addition.
- Gradually fold in the Jiffy Blueberry Muffin Mix.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Chill your cookie dough in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Drop tablespoon-sized scoops onto prepared baking sheets and bake for approximately 14-15 minutes.
