Instructions

  4. Add large egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.

  6. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  7. Roll out the chilled dough to about 1/4 inch thick on a floured surface.
  8. Spread the blueberry jam evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
  9. Roll the dough into a log and slice it into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
